Extended Review Before: I found Statewide Auto online looking for a specific car I wanted, 2021 Carbon Edition Mazda 6. They had really low prices that caught my eye with very good looking cars with some being very low mileage. Almost too good to be true. I thoroughly looked through all their cars and some have salvage/rebuilt titles. The only bad reviews I saw on Google for them was about this, but on their website it clearly lists all the details about the vehicles: 1. They explicitly call them the salvage title vehicles. 2. They describe them thoroughly. 3. They provide the VINs for the vehicles which I researched what happened to them myself online. 4. Most importantly, they offer up-to-date CarFax reports, for free. Other places with these titles I saw only listed the VINs. Their transparency about their vehicles and good reviews was enough for me to check them out. During: Saturday. They have a smaller lot packed with cars but they all looked as described online and were looking in excellent condition, and the few that were not, were priced accordingly. I was allowed to test drive the car I liked, the only salesman there was very kind, helpful, and not pushy whatsoever. He gave me space and time to do a lot of viewing myself, I enjoyed that. I wanted to buy the car on a Saturday but to finance through them I need to do it through their website. The owner, who was out of town, was not there so unfortunately so they told me I had to wait until Monday to get everything going. They assured me they would save the vehicle for me and this initially turned me off from then but at 10pm Sunday I received credit reports about the inquiry, and the owner had already begun working on my application. I was shocked. Sure enough, Monday, there was at least 4 people working, met the owner and really got a feel for the place. They are very kind, helpful and most of all FAST. Their experience reflects throughout the entire process. We flew the process and got me approved for a loan. Other reviewers had mentioned issues with financing but I had none, and for reference I have a 740 score and was offered 11% with many variable terms of my choice. I put a solid down payment so was very content with the offer. Drove off the same day. After: The ONLY issue I had was my windshield wiper sprayer was not working and I didn't noticed until the next day, even after filling with fluid. I contacted the owner immediately and he simply said, "I'll take care of it." Now is where my worries set in like, here we go with the issues with used cars. I went in next day, the lender required more information for my loan so as I'm sitting there he has his mechanics immediately tend to the vehicle. By the time we finished, roughly 15 minutes, they had fixed it and was ready to go. I could see them from inside the office and they were MOVING, wasting no time! Zero cost, on a used car that had no warranty or guarantees. It's important to me when a man gives me his word, he keeps it. He assured me if anything else went wrong, he will make it right. Overall, a great experience buying a used car, with people that were great to work with every step of the way. This is my third car purchase used, and unlike the other two dealers, EC AUTO in Kent(awful), and Ron Marhofer in Cuyahoga Falls, I will be returning to and recommending Statewide Auto.

Reasonable and fair pricing, easy to work with. Let me take the car an hour away to my mechanic to check it out (car was in perfect condition with the rebuilt title) Will be recommending to others.

I’m really impressed with how efficiently and professionally the team at Statewide Auto works. The documentation process was incredibly fast and smooth. I recently purchased a 2023 Honda Civic with a rebuilt salvage title, and it’s in like-new condition—truly exceeded my expectations. Dmytro was very professional, honest and the communication was excellent! I flew in from Minnesota and drove my new Honda Ridgeline back 11.5 hrs with absolutely no issues what's so ever. He even gave me a 30 day warranty if I have an issues. I highly recommend his business and staff. Very trustworthy! I hope to buy again from Statewide Auto! A+
